Seeking to enter the United States to continue your work in the area of extraordinary ability or achievement.

What exactly is Extraordinary?

A level of expertise indicating that the person is one of the small percentage who have arisen to the very top of the field of endeavor.

Awards, achievements, publications about you. Let’s look at all you have done to get where you’re at and see how you stand out in the field.

Cannot be longer than 3 years at a time.

The EB1 requires the Indvidual to establish extraordinary ability in science, art, education, business or athletics. The EB1 is very similiar to the O visa but unlike the O visa which is temporary in nature the EB1 allows the individual to obtain Legal Permanent Residency in the United States.

For those in a “specialty occupation” that requires:

1. Theoretical and practical application of a body of specialized knowledge;

2. Attainment of a bachelor’s degree or higher in the specific specialty

3. Labor Certification Required
